Rebecca Campora | CONTENT CREATOR
Before attending Studio School & Sixth, Rebecca wanted to work in TV production but had no idea where to start. She was also an international student studying abroad for the first time. By working closely with her teachers, Rebecca was able to build a foundation of practical skills which really helped her in University.
Rebecca says of her Studio School & Sixth experience, “I had fun, was warmly received, and learned a lot at the same time. I am now 7 years into a successful career in broadcast television and it all started in that classroom!”
Joel Nelson | PERFORMING ARTIST
Joel completed his training with Studio School & Sixth in 2019, since then has continued to refine his craft at Birmingham School of Acting completing a BA (Hons) in Acting.
Joel has always been pro-active in working within the wider community to establish a positive name for himself within the arts.
COREY MALLARD | MUSICIAN
Since leaving Studio School & Sixth, Corey is undertaking a BA (Hons) Creative Industries Futures (Vocals Pathway) degree at ACM in Birmingham.
Corey is working towards a career as an artist. You can find Corey gigging all over Birmingham at venues such as The Sunflower Lounge, O2 Academy, a variety of music festivals. He recorded and released music both with his band, The Morning After, and as a solo artist.
JUDE AVERY | CONTENT CREATOR
During his time studying Media and Music at Studio School & Sixth, Jude was introduced to radio production and has taken this passion with him to Coventry University to study Media production.
Whilst at university, Jude has gone on to manage their student radio station, winning awards, and has collaborated with BBC Radio 1 during their Big Weekend.
KIM KING | PERFORMING ARTIST
Following studying at Studio School & Sixth, Kim went on to study at the prestigious Arden School of Theatre in Manchester.
Kim is currently completing her third year of study at Arden as a triple threat performer, whose aspiration is to continue work within the professional industry.
During her training she has taken on a number of lead roles within full-scale musicals.
JACOB DAKIN | MUSICIAN
Since leaving Studio School & Sixth, Jacob has gone on to study a BA (Hons) Popular Music degree at Birmingham City University (BCU).
Jacob is working towards a career a performer and mixing engineer. When he completes his undergraduate degree, he intends to do an MA in mixing. You can find Jacob gigging all over Birmingham and the Black Country with his band, The Morning After.
KEANU JOHNSON | PERFORMING ARTIST
Since completing his training at Studio School & Sixth, Keanu went on to study at the world-renowned Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts to study a BA (Hons) Acting degree.
Keanu has been continuously working within the professional industry and has been successful in having a number of credits within the West End. He has taken on lead roles such as Lola from Kinky Boots and a featured role within Aladdin the Musical.
