All students receive one set of branded school uniform for free at Walsall Studio School.  This includes a branded t-shirt and a branded ¾ zip pullover:

These items are compulsory for both KS4 and 5 (Year 10, 11, 12 and 13) 

On your induction day, we will ask for your uniform sizes so we can get everything ordered for you.  Your free uniform will be ready to collect from Clive Mark Uniform during the Summer holiday.  Additional items can also be purchased from there.

Optional items include the WSS polo shirt and joggers shown on the right of this page.

Trousers:  You may wear plain black trousers, jeans, chinos, joggers or leggings – it is your professional decision!  Please ensure that these are not see through and appropriate for the workplace.  Underwear must not be visible.

Shoes:  Plain black, plain white or black and white shoes or trainers are allowed.  Footwear such as Crocs or sliders are not appropriate.

Make up / Hair Colour / Piercings:  Unlike other schools, we do not restrict styles or hair colour of our students – we love your creativity and uniqueness!  However, with piercings and jewellery, staff will use their judgement to determine whether it is appropriate for certain lessons e.g. performing arts, dance.      

For those taking Performing Arts/Dance:

Footwear:  Black trainers, black jazz shoes (for assessments)

Dancewear:  Black leotard, black and pink tights, Black fitted vest, ballet shoes, black tap shoes, black fitted shorts
